Data set
The data set containing extracted change histories, sampled transactions, generated queries and results obtained in our experiments is available from Zenodo. 
Note that the data for the software systems from our industrial collaborators is not included in this data set because of non-disclosure agreements.
Mining Algorithm
Our generalized targeted association rule mining algorithm was published on bitbucket. It is described in more detail in this paper.
